My husband and I love the painted temple. Our artist, Bonnie, is amazing! She creates the perfect tattoo for us every time. She can take an idea and make it into the perfect piece of art. My favorite shop in UT. Walt Watts is the artist I go to here and he's phenomenal. The shop always feels clean and has a nice atmosphere. Walt did a sleeve with a chest and back piece for me and I love it. Was incredibly fairly priced and he cares about what he does and how you feel. Currently saving up for my next piece with him. Thanks for the boost in self confidence Walt! You are amazing.

I’ve gotten two tattoos from two different artists at Painted Temple Tattoo! I got a Joker piece in early 2021 and a forest piece in late 2022 (pictures below). Both experiences were incredible. The front desk was super friendly, and checking in was quick and easy. My tattoo (Joker) with @waltwattstattoos was my first tattoo with lots of shading and I was nervous. But Walt made the process easy. He genuinely cares, and always checked in to see if I needed a break while he was tattooing. Walt works fast, and is a damn good artist. I still love the tattoo to this day, it hasn’t faded. My first experience was so good I had to go back. My next tattoo (forest on the shin) with @sten3tattoo was fantastic. He’s a good artist, and I love the out come of the piece. At the end Sten asked if I’d be willing to walk around the shop and show the other artists the finished tattoo. I was more than willing, and walking around really showed me the culture of the shop. Everyone was so friendly and supportive of each others pieces, it was awesome to see. I love both my tattoos and the environment was great. Definitely recommend!

I worked with the legendary Walt Watts. I have had a vision of the worlds greatest Halo Sleeve for years and years. Turns out, he had a vision of doing the world’s greatest colored Halo sleeve, and is a massive fan like myself. It was electric. We met and he was literally more of a friend to me in the first 20 minutes of the consultation than my tattoo artist. I immediately felt at home, knowing he cared purely for the art, and not for the coin it may cost. I was sold. About 40 hours later, a masterpiece begins and we are just getting started. The work speaks for itself, and pictures don’t do it near the justice it deserves. I’m a client for as long as those beautiful hands are poking my skin. Can’t wait to get back in the chair to create timeless art. We even play halo together, what a badass.
